This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which carbattery may issue refunds for purchases made through our platform at carbattery.shop. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms described below.
1. General Refund Eligibility
We strive to provide a high-quality learning experience through our seminars and educational programs. Refund eligibility is subject to the specific conditions outlined in this policy. Not all purchases are automatically eligible for a refund, and eligibility depends on the type of product, timing of the request, and usage status.
To be considered for a refund, you must submit a request within the applicable timeframe described in the sections below. Requests submitted outside the eligible window will not be processed.
1.1 Eligible Products and Services
- Online seminar registrations purchased but not yet accessed
- Subscription plans canceled within the eligible refund window
- Course bundles where no individual module has been started
- Duplicate charges resulting from a technical or billing error
1.2 Non-Eligible Products and Services
- Seminars or courses that have already been fully or partially accessed
- Downloadable materials, certificates, or digital resources that have been delivered
- Promotional or discounted purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of sale
- Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers
- Subscription renewals where the user was notified in advance of the renewal date
2. Refund Request Timeframes
Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframes specified below. Requests made outside these windows will not be eligible for consideration regardless of circumstances.
2.1 Standard Purchases
For standard one-time purchases of seminars or course access, a refund request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date, provided that the content has not been accessed or downloaded.
2.2 Subscription Plans
For subscription-based plans, you may request a refund within 3 calendar days of the initial subscription payment. Refunds are not available for subsequent renewal charges unless the renewal was made in error and is reported within 48 hours of the charge.
2.3 Live or Scheduled Seminars
For live, instructor-led, or scheduled seminar events:
- Requests submitted more than 72 hours before the event start time are eligible for a full refund
- Requests submitted between 24 and 72 hours before the event are eligible for a partial refund or credit toward a future session
- Requests submitted less than 24 hours before the event or after the event has begun are not eligible for a refund

3.3 Review Process
Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond within 5 business days. We may contact you for additional information if needed. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider:
- Credit or debit cards: 5 to 10 business days after approval
- Digital payment platforms: 3 to 7 business days after approval
- Bank transfers: Up to 14 business days after approval
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions or payment processors.
4.2 Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be issued. This may apply when:
- A portion of the content or service has been accessed or consumed
- An administrative or processing fee applies as disclosed at the time of purchase
- The request falls within the partial-refund window for scheduled events
4.3 Credits and Vouchers

5. Technical Issues and Service Failures
If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing purchased content, you may be eligible for a refund or credit regardless of the standard timeframe, provided that:
- The issue was caused by our platform and not by your device, browser, or internet connection
- You reported the issue to our support team promptly and provided sufficient detail
- The issue was verified and confirmed by our technical team

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. In many cases, issues can be resolved more quickly through direct communication with our support team.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your account pending investigation. If a chargeback is found to be fraudulent or unwarranted, we reserve the right to take appropriate action in accordance with applicable policies and our Terms of Service.
7. Cancellation of Subscriptions
